Our Factory
The factory is situated at No. 37, Guojia Village Industrial Park, Taicheng Road, High-tech Development Zone, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, China, It covers an area of 6,000 square meters and employs a total of 52 people, including professional sales, operations, after-sales personnel, and technical experts with 20 years of industry experience. The company's annual output reaches 2,000 tons, thanks to rich practical operation experience and advanced production equipment.

Production Equipment
The company has more than 30 lathes of various types, including heavy-duty horizontal lathes, vertical lathes, conventional lathes, and CNC lathe processing centers. Our equipment can process a maximum length of 6000 mm and a maximum diameter of 4000 mm. Additionally, we have 3 heavy-duty planer-milling machines for gantry-type that can process square bars with a maximum size of 1200 mm × 1600 mm × 4000 mm. We also have several centerless lathes and centerless grinders, as well as vertical and horizontal sawing machines.

Our service
To ensure product quality, we carefully purchased grade 0 and grade 1 titanium sponge as raw materials, strictly selected first-class alloy ratio for smelting, used a VR vacuum consumable furnace for multiple smelting and strictly controlled the process to ensure the consistency of titanium ingots from inside to outside. Then, according to the specific requirements of customers, we formulated a strict and detailed forging process, and through multiple forging, we ensured that the products had excellent mechanical properties and dense internal structure. After precise machining, we ensured the accuracy of product dimensions. In addition, we conducted careful and strict inspections on the finished products, including mechanical property testing, ultrasonic flaw detection, and high-power organization rating.
